Where does Kisima water come from?
Our water is sourced from deep underground aquifers and undergoes multi-stage purification, including filtration, reverse osmosis, UV disinfection, and ozonation.
Is Kisima water safe for children and infants?
Yes. Kisima water is ISO and TBS certified and tested daily. For infants under 6 months, consult your pediatrician for advice on water use.
Orders & Delivery
Do you offer delivery services?
Yes, we offer FREE delivery within Dar es Salaam for all orders—home, office, or institutions. There is a minimum of two bottles for FREE Delivery.
How do I place an order for delivery?
You can order via phone, WhatsApp, our online order form, or by scheduling regular deliveries through a corporate contract.
What sizes of water bottles do you offer?
We offer 20L, 18.9L, and 16L bottles. Our 16L bottles will also fit on a dispenser.
Water Dispensers
What type of water dispensers do you provide?
We supply hot & cold, room temperature, floor-standing, and tabletop dispensers, along with full service and support. These are available to purchase or can also be rented.
My water dispenser is not working. What should I do?
Check the power supply and bottle placement. If the issue continues, contact our service team via Phone, WhatsApp or Email for quick assistance.
Do you offer dispenser servicing and repairs?
Yes, we offer routine servicing, cleaning, and repairs – including tap replacement, deep cleaning, and fixing heating/cooling functions. Customers can ask for scheduled maintenance or AMC (annual maintenance contract) plans.
How often should dispensers be serviced?
We recommend every 3 to 6 months depending on usage. Contact us for signing up to a scheduled maintenance or AMC (annual maintenance contract) plan.
Can you service dispensers not bought from Kisima?
Yes. We prioritize Kisima units but can also service other dispenser models. Just let us know your model and issue.

Yes. Our 20L and 18.9L bottles are reusable, and we run bottle return programs.
