What is KisCafe?

KisCafe is a locally grown Tanzanian brand offering premium coffee and tea vending solutions for offices, staff canteens, hotels, and more. We provide state-of-the-art vending machines along with full service, maintenance, and supply of high-quality ingredients (premix + beans).

What types of vending machines do you offer?

We offer:

  • Bean-to-cup machines for fresh-ground coffee
  • Premix vending machines for instant coffees, teas, and hot chocolate
  • Machines with dual options for both beans and premix
  • Tabletop coffee machines that use pods or capsules
What drinks can the machines make?

Depending on the model, and the ingredients selected our machines can provide:

Machines & Leasing
Do I need to buy the machine or can I lease it?

We offer both options:

  • Lease: Includes monthly servicing, maintenance, parts and a replacement machine in case of a major breakdown. This is the most common option among corporates.
  • Purchase: Buy the machine outright (recommended for low usage customers) and then sign up to our AMC for service and maintenance.

Do you supply the ingredients too?

Yes. We supply all compatible premix ingredients for your machine:

  • Coffee beans
  • Premix powders
  • Milk powder
  • Tea premix
  • Hot chocolate
All products are sourced to ensure quality, taste, and consistency.
What is “premix” in a vending machine?

Premix refers to ready-to-use powdered ingredients that are pre-blended with all necessary components (like milk powder, sugar, and flavor) for quick and consistent beverage preparation.

Examples:
  • Tea premix → tea extract, milk powder, sugar
  • Coffee premix → instant coffee, milk powder, sugar
  • Hot chocolate premix → cocoa-based with milk and sweetener
